The first module in Confidence in Hormones - Hormones 101 - is available for purchase at https://www.newsoneducation.co.uk/programmes
New modules will be added over the coming months.
Do you offer refunds?
If you think you’ve been charged in error or something isn’t working as expected, contact support at info@newsoneducation.co.uk and we’ll help. (Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances.)

what happens now?
What happens to my Confidence in Menopause access?
- Active annual Confidence in Menopause subscribers: your access remains until the end of your current annual subscription term.
- Active monthly Confidence in Menopause subscribers: your access continues until 31 May. You will continue to be billed monthly unless you choose to end your subscription before this time
Will there be new Confidence in Menopause content?
No - Confidence in Menopause is not receiving new content. New programme development is focused on Confidence in Hormones.
I’m part-way through Confidence in Menopause - should I finish it first?
If you’re actively working through Confidence in Menopause, it’s sensible to finish the programme while you have access. Confidence in Hormones is broader and different, so you can move onto it next.
Can I do Confidence in Menopause and Confidence in Hormones at the same time?
Yes - if you have access to both, you can complete them in parallel. Most learners prefer to finish Confidence in Menopause first, then start Confidence in Hormones.

I’ve completed Confidence in Menopause - do I need Confidence in Hormones?
If you want broader hormone education beyond menopause, yes. Confidence in Hormones is a different programme, designed to help you recognise and manage hormone-related conditions as system-wide clinical patterns, with new modules and updated clinical scenarios.
Is Confidence in Hormones only for doctors or prescribers?
No. The programme is designed for all healthcare professionals. It supports clinicians who prescribe and those who don’t, with a focus on understanding patterns, improving consultations, knowing when to monitor, and when to refer.
What topics does Confidence in Hormones cover?
Confidence in Hormones spans hormone health across the reproductive lifespan and includes modules such as:
- Hormones 101
- Hormones in practice
- Testosterone
- Bleeding
- Mental health, wellbeing and hormones
- Individualising clinical decision-making
- Optimising care with comorbidities
- Improving the health span of women
Is Confidence in Hormones CPD-accredited?
Yes - Confidence in Hormones is CPD-accredited.
Is the programme sponsored?
No - the programme is proudly free from sponsorship.

How long does it take to complete Confidence in Hormones?
It’s self-paced. Most people complete modules in short sessions alongside clinical work.
Are there assessments?
Yes - modules include knowledge checks (e.g., MCQs) to support learning and confidence.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes - you’ll be able to download a certificate after meeting the module completion requirements.

The first module in Confidence in Hormones - Hormones 101 - cost £169.
Will the password I use to log into Confidence in Menopause work for Confidence in Hormones?
No - currently if you are on the Confidence in Menopause programme your login details will not work for Confidence in Hormones. There are instructions on where to log in to access Confidence in Hormones - however if you need help please just email us at info@newsoneducation.co.uk
I can’t log in / I can’t see the programme - what should I do?
Start with:
- Check you’re using the email address you originally subscribed with
- Try a password reset
- If you’re still stuck, email support and include a screenshot of what you’re seeing
