Confidence in Hormones is a CPD-accredited, expert-led programme designed to give healthcare professionals of all specialties a clear, practical grounding in the hormone health of women.
Created by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals, the programme combines the latest evidence with expert insights and practical, case-based learning drawn from extensive clinical experience in hormone health.
The programme builds foundational knowledge of female hormonal physiology and supports clinicians to better recognise, understand and manage hormone deficiencies in everyday practice.

This first module focuses on the foundations of hormone health, including:

- Core hormone physiology and why symptoms present as system-wide patterns
- The impact of misinformation and variation in prescribing practice
- Principles of body-identical hormones and individualised, patient-centred care.
